PLEASE HELP ME OUT

I just purchased the app and started downloading it, but all of a sudden the process came to a halt. My internet conexion is OK, My mac pro is OK, everytthing is woerking OK but…except... I cannot RESUME nor restart downloading the app because clicking in launchpad or in purchased I have not been able to get any response. . No response, no activity, nothing…what can I do please?
